Byw Bywyd was established in 1997 and became a limited company in 2000.
The business is owned and managed by Iolo Jones, a former occupational therapist who completed his qualifications in June 2016.
Byw Bywyd works closely with occupational therapists and other care providers in local authorities, health boards, NHS trusts and housing associations throughout north Wales. We work as far north as the Wirral, and as far south as Powys.
We install adaptations for social housing providers, and are on the tender lists of the following housing associations:
- Grwp Cynefin
- North Wales Housing
- Wales & West Housing
- Clwyd Alyn Housing Association
We are a CHAS accredited contractor, and are members of BHTA.
Byw Bywyd is a team of ten people, with owner Iolo Jones carrying out assessments and the remaining employees delivering equipment and running the showroom and office.
We are proud to be able to provide all services through the medium of Welsh, should clients require it.
